Diesel fuel tank repair

The air bubbles in the diesel engine tank are generally caused by the high pressure gas in the cylinder entering the cooling water channel. According to the different reasons for the air bubbles in the tank, the following methods are excluded: 1. The cylinder nut is not tightened according to the specified torque. If the torque is too small and the cylinder head is not compressed, high pressure gas will enter the water channel. Therefore, tighten the cylinder head nuts according to the specified torque and retighten them regularly. Second, when the cylinder pad is used for a period of time, it is easily damaged by sag, and the sealing performance is deteriorated, resulting in air leakage. The cylinder should be replaced. Third, the cylinder head flat surface deformation caused by leakage. The cylinder head plane should be flat.
