Installation Precautions:
1. First check whether the solenoid valve is consistent with the selection parameters, such as power supply voltage, medium pressure, differential pressure, etc., especially the power supply. If it is wrong, it will burn the coil. The power supply voltage should meet the rated voltage and voltage fluctuation range: AC +10%~-15%, DC +10%~-10%, usually the coil assembly should not be disassembled.
2. The pipe should be flushed before the pipe is taken, and the metal powder and the sealing material residue and rust scale in the pipe should be removed. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the medium. If the medium is mixed with dust and impurities, etc., it will interfere with the normal operation of the solenoid valve. The filter or filter should be installed in the pipeline.
3. The electromagnetic coil components of the general solenoid valve should be vertically upright and installed vertically on the horizontal level of the pipeline. If it is subject to space restrictions or working conditions, it must be installed on the side, and it should be submitted at the time of order selection. Failure to do so may result in the solenoid valve not working properly.
4. Manually cut off the valve before and after the solenoid valve, and bypass should be provided to facilitate the maintenance of the solenoid valve in case of failure.
5, the solenoid valve is generally oriented, can not be reversed, usually used on the valve body → indicate the direction of media flow, installation should be in accordance with the direction of → indication. However, it can be reversed in vacuum lines or in special cases.
6. If the medium will cause water hammer, then you should choose the solenoid valve with the function of waterproof hammer or take corresponding precautions.
7. Try not to let the solenoid valve be energized for a long time. This will easily reduce the life of the coil or even burn out the coil. That is to say, the normally open and normally closed solenoid valves are not interchangeable.
8. The steam inlet side of the solenoid valve should be equipped with a steam trap, where the nozzle should be tilted.
Common faults and elimination of solenoid valves
1. The solenoid valve does not work after being energized: check if the power supply wiring is bad → re-wiring and connector connection; check whether the power supply voltage is within the working range - → adjust to the normal position range; check whether the coil is desoldered → re-weld; →Replace the coil; Whether the working pressure difference is not suitable →Adjust the pressure difference → or replace the proportional solenoid valve; The fluid temperature is too high → Replace the proportional solenoid valve; There are impurities to make the main valve core and the moving iron core of the solenoid valve become stuck → proceed Cleaning, if there is seal damage, replace the seal and install the filter; the viscosity of the liquid is too high, the frequency is too high and the life has reached → replace the product.

The solenoid valve cannot be closed: the seal of the main spool or the iron core has been damaged → replace the seal; whether the fluid temperature and viscosity are too high → replace the solenoid valve of the opposite port; have impurities enter the solenoid valve main spool or moving iron core →Clean; Spring life has reached or deformed → Replaced; Throttle balance hole blocked → Clean in time; Operating frequency is too high or life has expired → Re-select product or update product.
3. Other conditions: Internal leakage → Check if the seal is damaged, whether the spring is poorly assembled; External leakage → Loose connection or seal is broken → Tightening screw or replacing the seal; Noise when energized → Loose parts on the head are loose, tighten . The voltage fluctuation is not within the allowable range and the voltage is adjusted. The iron core suction surface is dirty or uneven, and it is cleaned or replaced in time.
