Extraction principle:
(1) If water is extracted: water and traditional Chinese medicine are put into the extraction tank, and the heat source for the interlayer is started. After the boiling in the tank, the heat source is reduced, and the boiling in the tank is maintained. The maintenance time is determined according to the extraction pharmacological process, such as the closed extraction needs to be cooled. The water, after cooling the steam vapor, returns to the extraction tank to maintain circulation and temperature.
(2) For example, alcohol extraction: firstly, the medicine and alcohol should be sealed in the tank, and the heat source steam should be given to the interlayer. When the cooling water is turned on, the heat source is reduced when the tank reaches the required temperature, so that the rising vapor alcohol passes through the condenser and becomes liquid alcohol reflux. In order to improve the efficiency, the pump can be forced to circulate, so that the liquid medicine is pumped out from the lower part of the tank to the upper part of the tank and returned to the tank to release the local channel flow.
(3) Lifting oil: first add the Chinese medicine and water containing volatile oil into the extraction tank, open the circulation valve of the oil separator, adjust the bypass return valve, open the supply of the heat source valve to reach the volatilization temperature, turn on the cooling water for cooling, and after cooling The liquid should be kept at a certain height in the separator to separate it, and another oil-water separator should be used alternately.
(4) Recycling oil: Add alcohol to the tank, open the cooling water to the steam, and then open the recovery valve.
