Specific steps for installation of all steel test bench

1. All steel test bench is a floor-standing base cabinet:

a) Place each unit base cabinet upright and adjust the level according to the icon position, and connect the unit base cabinets in the same horizontal position. If it is a separate unit, the base cabinet should also be fixed to the laboratory floor in an appropriate manner.

b) Install the fittings and note that the various utility system piping must not be entangled or tangled.

c) If necessary, each unit will be tightly combined at the same level, and the adjacent drawers and door pieces are all in the same center line.

d) Adjust the door drawers of each cabinet to smoothly switch without any hindrance or loss of normal function.

2. Bench top:

a) On-site construction: When the joint of the countertop is to be bonded at the construction site, the process should be the same as that in the factory. It must be connected with special adhesives and the specified fixtures and construction methods. The cutting, rounding and gutter processing shall be completed before the factory and shall not be processed on site.

b) When installing, the adjacent mesa should be on the same level and the edges should be aligned. Appropriate support devices must be provided to avoid the collapse of the deck due to insufficient support. When joining the deck, the joint gap must not exceed 3.175mm (1/8") and should be flat.

c) After the installation work is completed, the debris on the countertop must be carefully removed and cleaned and maintained with special maintenance oil.

d) Provide the correct position and size of the opening for the necessary sink and utility system fittings.

3. Sink:

a) Under the basin installation method

b) During the installation, the test bench and the size of the sink should be reduced by 30mm, and the upper edge of the countertop should be rounded with a circular arc.

c) When installing the water tank, the steel suspension bracket should be supported by the bottom upward support to the bottom of the countertop. The strength of the steel bracket should support the weight of the water tank without the sagging deformation, the upper edge of the sink and the bottom of the countertop. Qiping, it is filled with neutral anti-mold silica gel at the seam of the countertop to achieve the integration and leakage prevention effect.

d) All sinks should be equipped with an anti-siphon bottle collector.

4. All the experimental base cabinets should be independent and complete units. The left and right double-door cabinets should be open-ended. The intermediate support columns should not be set to avoid affecting the access of items. The floor-type base cabinets must be equipped with steel adjustment feet and base cabinets. The height of the lower edge from the ground should be greater than 10mm.

5. All steel cabinets and frames must be treated with a good and complete acid-resistant EPOXY powder baking process. The average thickness of the finished paint film is 75μm and above.

6. The door panels and drawers of the base cabinet of each unit of the test bench should be easy to switch without any hindrance.

7 Check that the doors and drawers of the same type and height of the adjacent base cabinets should be in the same center line and should not be uneven due to poor machining. The gap between the lines should be 3.175mm (1/8”).

8. Inspect all openings on the outside of the bench and plug them with appropriate plugs.

9. Confirm that all epoxy mats on the bench are bonded with epoxy-based adhesive instead of silicone. Silicone can be used for the joint of the water-repellent backsheet and the countertop. The gap width of each joint shall not exceed 3.175mm (1/8"), and the joined table shall be flat and not uneven.

10. The test bench panel should be as close as possible to its integrity, and joints should be minimized and not longitudinally connected.

11. Check whether there is a water stop groove under the edge of the outer side of the test bench. The groove is processed in a concave manner instead of a bulge. The width of the water stop should be no less than 2mm and the depth should be no less than 3mm.

12. Check the location and interface of water, electricity, gas and ducts to check for deviations from the design.

13. Arrange the base cabinets according to the drawings. All cabinets of the same test bench adjust the upper edge of the base cabinet to the same level in the installation position. After the horizontal adjustment is completed, the gap between the base cabinet and the base cabinet is required to be no more than 1 mm, and the upper and lower errors of the joint are not more than 0.5 mm. If it is necessary to connect all the base cabinets together, the connection must be made after the level is adjusted. The distance between the even and tight joints at the joints must not exceed 0.7 mm, and the error of the upper and lower joints cannot exceed 0.5 mm.

14. After the cabinet is leveled, install the pipe.

15. After the pipeline is installed, place the countertop on the base cabinet. The joint distance between the countertop and the countertop should not exceed 2mm. The distance between the two ends of the joint should not exceed 0.5mm. Check whether the countertop is bent or deformed. If the countertop has slight deformation, Add rubber gaskets to the gaps to ensure that the table top is securely installed.

16. When installing the countertop, if the countertop has a protective film, the protective film must be removed before the installation and before acceptance.
