Pressing the button does not work at all. At this time, first confirm that there is air supply access, and confirm that there is no mechanical failure such as Spring slack in the structure between the board and the machine control valve, and then check the machine control valve. Remove the thin tube on the machine control valve and press the plate by hand. If there is no gas at the thin tube joint of the machine control valve, confirm that the machine control valve is damaged. Otherwise, continue to check the reversing valve. Under normal circumstances, when the control air supply of the mechanical control valve is sent out, the joint on the reversing valve should be sent out. If there is no air supply, there is a problem with the reversing valve. Usually, this is due to the uncleaning of the air supply. The core is blocked. If there is no problem with the machine control valve and the reversing valve, check the necking cylinder.
The peach-shaped clip is clamped but not wound. At this time, first confirm that the action of the necking cylinder can trigger the machine control valve, and then check the machine control valve. The method is the same as the above check. If the machine control valve is correct, check the reversing valve in the same way as the above-mentioned inspection reversing valve. If there is no problem with the machine control valve and the reversing valve, check the winding cylinder.
The winding is completed, but the peach-shaped clamp and the winding cylinder are not reset. At this time, it is necessary to confirm that the action of the winding cylinder can trigger the machine control valve, and then check the machine control valve in the same manner as the above inspection. Normally, this is due to the fact that the control air supply of the machine control valve is not returned to the reversing valve and the reversing valve.
