The general static electronic railway scale consists of weighing table tops and sensors , electrical instruments, computers, printers and so on. The digital sensor belongs to the power conversion component, that is, the sensor can output digital signals under the influence of the gravity of the vehicle, and is directly transmitted to a dedicated meter or computer through the 232 standard interface.
When a vehicle stops on the weighing platform, the computer reads the sensor's signal for data processing and calculates the weight of the vehicle. When a train is weighed, the operator can report the report through the printer.
2. How static orbital works
The static electronic railway scale produced by our unit is 13000mm or 14000mm static electronic railway scale for the whole vehicle measurement. When the vehicle body passes through the weighing platform, the weighing platform transmits the force to the force-electric conversion component sensor, and the sensor is deformed to output an analog signal proportional to the weight of the vehicle body. These weight signals are amplified and AD converted by a dedicated instrument. The digital signal is sent to the computer through serial communication, and the computer analyzes and discriminates to distinguish the valid data and correctly measure and display.

Scale platform
The mechanical weighing platform of our unit is transported separately, and needs to be assembled on site. It consists of a scale body, a load cell connection system, a limit system and a protective cover.
The weighing platform is connected by two main beams (ie, the weighing beam) through the beam into an integral frame structure. The main beam is welded to a box structure with a steel having sufficient strength and rigidity. The contact surface of the scale beam and the rail is processed by one-time processing, which has high installation precision and is used for the smooth running of the carrying vehicle.
The weighing platform uses the sensor connection system as a support point. The sensor connection system has the function of adjusting the height of the sensor support, which can realize the adjustment of the installation position and height of the sensor. After adjustment, the sensor is in a good stress state to ensure the realization of the overall weighing accuracy. .
The steady state of the weighing platform is guaranteed by the longitudinal and lateral limit systems. The limit system adopts the structure of the small gap ejector mode to ensure the physical position of the scale body in the horizontal and vertical directions.
A weighing platform cover is laid in the middle of the weighing platform, and the foundation cover is laid on both sides to protect.
