1. Obey the general operating procedures for casting equipment.

2. Must also comply with before work:

a. Check the pipeline system for leaks and leaks. If this is the case, notify the maintenance personnel for repair.

b. Check if the cleaning solution is sufficient. If it is not enough, increase the cleaning solution in time.

c. First test the vehicle, then run for 2-3 minutes, check whether the transmission system (motor, coupling, reducer) and the belt are moving smoothly, and confirm that everything is normal before production.

d. Open the oil slick removal device (except for the slick oil removal device) to start the oil sump removal. Therefore, the water pump is still open, the water surface is calm, and the oil discharge effect is best. After the oil slick is basically removed, the oil removal is stopped. Take advantage of the lunch break.

3. Work must also comply with:

a, the parts to be cleaned should be neatly placed on the conveyor belt, not allowed to press on the roller;

b. On the conveyor belt, the parts to be cleaned should not be piled up too much to avoid affecting the cleaning effect.

c. After work, the parts to be cleaned cannot be parked on the conveyor belt. Press the stop button to stop the whole machine.

The cleaning machine uses different methods to clean the packaging containers, packaging materials, packaging aids, and packaging parts to achieve the desired level of cleanliness.

d. The cleaning solution should be regularly added with water and a certain proportion of metal cleaning agent to supplement the consumption, so that the liquid level is maintained at a certain height. If the cleaning effect does not meet the specified process requirements, the cleaning solution should be completely replaced.
