Preparing for electric ejection device operation

(1) The stripper should be placed on a solid concrete floor.

(2) Turn on the 380V power supply, and pull the motor switch to make the “release screw” move up and down (motor switch, the middle is the stop position, left and right are the rising and falling positions respectively). Note that the limit position of the screw movement is the top of the screw. With the horizontal horizontal position on the top plate, the limit of the screw movement is 20 mm above the upper plane of the screw.

(3) Select the appropriate "positioning plate" and "support plate" position.

The “release stripping plate” is used to determine the positioning reference of the upper end when the specimen is demolded. The “support plate” is the positioning reference for determining the lower end of the specimen when demolding. When the specimen is demolded, the appropriate “positioning plate should be selected. "And determine the proper "support plate" position to ensure the correctness of the test piece during the demolding process.
