The diesel engine body is a cast box made of gray cast iron material and is subjected to various internal and external loads during work. Under normal circumstances, the body is damaged in the following forms:
, cracking. This is the most likely damage to diesel engines in winter. Cracks in the body can only be repaired by cold welding if they are not subjected to force. First crack the hole at both ends of the crack, and then plant a number of nails along the crack, then perpendicular to the direction of the crack plate several blocks, with a low carbon steel electrode along the crack and patch welding. Pay attention to edge welding and lightly tap the weld with a small hammer, and then use all flames to correct the flame.
, the upper and lower balance shaft end 205 bearing hole wear. This situation must be repaired immediately. When the bearing hole is worn lightly, the 205 bearing outer circle method can be used to repair the outer circle. In the outer ring of the bearing, the symmetry point of the steel wire is set at a small point by oxygen welding, which is corrected with a hammer, and then pressed into the bearing hole to be used. Another method is to use a 2 mm thick iron plate as a large flat washer with an inner hole of 50 mm. Make three holes in the flat pad and the body and fix it with a flat head screw. When the bearing hole wears badly, the original hole can be nested and the agriculture can be made. Three small holes can be made in the joint of the inserted bushing and the body and fixed by screws.
, cylinder head bolt hole slip or broken. This situation is caused by excessive force or ramming when tightening the cylinder head nut. If it is an individual silk hole, the wire can be changed again and a cylinder head bolt matched with the wire hole can be processed. If the hole is broken or the holes are slipped, it cannot be repaired.
, trachoma. The steel cone is first used to expand the aquaculture technology, and then plugged with aluminum wire, or plugged with spot welding.
