Delegates agreed on this and hoped that the "Regulations on the Administration of Pesticides in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region" be issued as soon as possible to restore the permitting system for pesticides, and the relevant penalty clauses should be added to further regulate the pesticide market, strengthen the management of the use of pesticides, and establish a pesticide sales traceability system. It is required that the pesticide business unit must set up a sales account and keep all incoming and outgoing procedures and vouchers. While protecting the interests of the broad masses of farmers, food safety is ensured.
