4.4 Ventilation management: During the germination period, the mycelium has less oxygen demand. Normally, it maintains normal temperature conditions without special ventilation measures. However, in the cold season, bacteria often only pay attention to heat preservation and neglect the exhaust of the culture room. As a result, the indoor carbon dioxide concentration is too high, thereby affecting the normal, robust and rapid growth and development of mycelium. Under normal circumstances, the indoor carbon dioxide concentration can be maintained at about 0.1%.
