At this time, the two-phase liquid is thoroughly mixed to make the solute from one phase. The liquid is transferred to another phase liquid to complete the mixed mass transfer process.

Separation process:

The mixed liquid is driven by the ribs in the lower rotating drum to rotate synchronously with the rotating drum, and enters the upper rotating drum via the annular baffle by the centrifugal suction of the upper rotating drum. In the drum, the mixture continues to drive the synchronous liquid to rotate synchronously. Under the centrifugal force field, the two phases are separated from each other. The heavy phase liquid of the specific gravity gradually moves away from the center of the drum toward the drum wall in the upward flow process; The phase liquid gradually moves away from the drum wall toward the center. Finally, the two-phase liquid enters the collection chamber through the respective seesaws and is taken out of the machine by the lead pipe to complete the two-phase separation process.
