(2) There are also many problems with thyristors, usually breakdown short circuit, open circuit, unable to trigger or poor internal contact.
(3) One of the four rectifier diodes has only a problem.
(4) There is toner or a carbon brush between the rotor and the commutator of the motor.
In the principle of repairing the first easy and difficult, first measure the adjustable resistance, the resistance value changes regularly with the adjustment, and prove that the potentiometer is good. No problem was found in measuring the thyristor. When measuring four rectifier diodes, one was found to be good or bad, since the diode is a high current gold sealing tube. One end is screwed to the board and the other end is soldered to the board. When the circuit board was removed, it was found that the positive and negative poles were loose, and then the side was shaken while measuring to confirm that the diode was good or bad. Since the pipe type cannot be seen clearly, the pipe of the same specification is installed, and the power is turned on quickly. It is considered that the newly installed pipe is broken down and the measurement is intact. Measuring the other three diodes is also normal. However, in the comparison measurement, it was found that the positive and negative polarities of the two types of diodes are completely opposite (that is, one end of the upper screw has a positive polarity and a negative polarity). Therefore, we must pay attention to the use of the same type of components, the same specifications of components. When replacing the components of the same specification and the same type, power on the test machine and everything will return to normal.
