“There was no place where I could query that information, and no one was responsible for coordinating those things,” said Cynthia Barginere, chief operating officer of the Rush University Medical Center.

When information cannot be exchanged between departments in a timely manner, it will cause the patient to wait longer. Barninere said. The command center being established will try to solve these problems.
