The unloading position of the packaging machine depends on the signal from the position of the discharge port to detect the photoelectric encoder. This failure is obviously caused by a problem with the encoder. At this time, we need to check whether the photoelectric encoder is set incorrectly. If it is, we need to make adjustments in time.

2. Online inspection of the package does not work properly. The pressure of the compressed air nozzle on the unloading pocket clip can be used to check the condition of the bag online. We need to detect the line, the pressure switch contacts and the pressure sensor.

3. If the secondary filling fails, the “ErrBL” alarm message appears. The fouling of the accumulated material at the discharge port will cause the discharge port to become smaller and the resistance increased. At this time, the bag can not be filled when it is full. This causes the machine to have such an alarm condition. All we need to do is clean the scale and the filling machine.

4. Automatic peeling failure, "ErrAU" alarm appears. The size of the automatic peeling parameter should be appropriately selected according to the weight of a single bag and the weight of the accumulated material on the weighing platform, and it is not easy to be too large. Otherwise, it is not easy to find out when the tare weight changes due to the failure of the metering system.
