The working principle of the two signal butterfly valve

1. The signal butterfly valve is driven by the worm gear and the worm gear to drive the shaft and the disc to realize the opening and closing and control flow.
2. Rotating the worm gear of the worm gear to make the butterfly board open and close and adjust the flow. The handwheel rotates clockwise to close the valve.
3. There are two forms of micro-switches in the worm gearbox:
a. There are two micro-switches in the transmission box body, which are open and closed, respectively. When the valve is fully open and closed, the source of the valve opening and “valve off” of the control room is turned on to make it accurate. Shows the valve switch status.
b. Set the closing micro-switch in the transmission box body (the disc is fully closed at 0°). When the disc is in the position of 0°～40°, the micro switch will be used to control the output valve to close the signal. 40°～ The other pair of normally closed outputs a valve open signal at the 90° position. The cam that presses the microswitch can be adjusted to show the different positions of the disc.

Three-signal butterfly valve worm gear transmission adjustment and wiring method

1. Open the electrical switch box cover, connect the core wire of the cable to the corresponding terminal according to the electrical control requirements, and seal the cable inlet, and fix the cable at the same time to prevent the cable from being damaged when the external force is pulled.
2. When the valve is in the "fully closed" position, turn the lower closing cam clockwise, that is, the cam just touches the micro switch (you can hear the click), and then tighten the screw on the cam to fix the cam.
3. When the valve is in the "fully open" position, turn the upper opening cam counterclockwise and adjust the opening cam in the same way as above.
4. Adjust the limit screw. When the valve is in the “fully closed” or “fully open” position, the limit screw should not be placed on the limit plane of the worm gear, but a certain gap should be left, and then the limit should be tightened. Lock nut on the screw.
5. Cover the electrical switch box cover. When the valve is in the “fully closed” position, point the pointer of the opening indicator to the “0” scale on the dial and tighten the screw to fix the pointer.

Four signal butterfly valve use precautions

1. The butterfly valve can be installed on the pipeline at any position in the space.
2. The installation position of the butterfly valve should ensure the convenience of use, maintenance and replacement.
3. The butterfly valve can be installed without considering the direction of the flow of the pipeline medium, that is, allowing two-way flow.
4, the butterfly valve should be stored in the indoor dry place before installation, the valve plate is slightly open 4 ° ~ 5 °.
5. The following work should be carried out before the butterfly valve is installed:
a, carefully check whether the use of the butterfly valve performance specifications.
b. Clean the inner cavity and sealing surface, do not allow dirt to adhere, do not open and close the butterfly plate before cleaning.
c. Check if the transmission is reliable with the flange on the butterfly valve.
6. When the butterfly valve is clamped in the pipeline, pay attention to whether the connection force is uniform and reliable.
7. After the butterfly valve is installed, the valve plate must be in the open position when the pipeline strength is tested.
8. After the butterfly valve is installed, it should be inspected regularly. The main items of the inspection are as follows:
a. Whether the butterfly valve seat and the O-ring are damaged.
b. Sealing performance of the sealing surface of the valve plate.
c. After the butterfly valve is repaired and assembled, there shall be no jamming when opening and closing the rotation.
d. After the butterfly valve is repaired and assembled, the sealing performance test shall be carried out as required.
f. After each inspection, the situation should be recorded in detail for inspection.
