Good Tea Garden Management in Summer

At present, tea gardens enter the summer management. After the tea trees are picked by spring tea, the tree body consumes a lot of nutrients and the tree vigor weakens. At the same time, as the temperature rises, the number of tea plant pests and diseases rapidly increases, and the weeds in the tea gardens grow rapidly. Not timely or in place, will directly affect the growth of tea and summer, summer, autumn tea production and quality. In order to ensure the increase of production and income of tea throughout the year, the management of summer tea gardens must grasp the following management measures:

Young Tea Garden Management

Seedling management mainly includes the management of this period of time from one to two years after planting.

1. Drought-resistant, fill seedlings and weeds. In the rainy or dry season, tea gardens in summer should be watered and drought-proof in time. They can be placed within 30cm on both sides of the tea seedlings and covered with 10cm thick grass, which can both keep warm and inhibit the growth of weeds. If there is a shortage of plants, it will be necessary to complete the lack of seedlings within 1 to 2 years of the establishment of the park, and it is best to make up the same-sized tea. Remove the weeds in the pot, or perform shallow ploughing (8 to 10 cm deep) on the soil according to the conditions of soil compaction. Generally we do not use herbicides. If we want to use them, we can only use herbicides. Young tea gardens can be interplanted with green manures such as kidney beans, mung beans, peanuts, etc., and indulge in greening and greening several times in a timely manner.

2. Fertilizer management. About 1 month after the seedlings are planted, when budding or long new roots are taken, 13 to 15 cm away from the tea seedlings, dig 7 to 10 cm deep shallow ditch, and pour thin water and fertilizer (50 kg of water on mature urine 12 kg or 250-350 grams of urea), then cover the soil. Apply fertilizer once every 15-30 days, and gradually increase the amount of fertilizer. It is also possible to apply 6 to 10 kg of urea before the buds sprout in summer. Production of Tea Garden Management

1. Soil cultivation techniques. In combination with fertilization, shallow ploughing and weeding are performed within a depth of about 10 cm. In general, herbicides are not used in tea gardens, and manual weeding is used. The ladder walls should be managed by using grass sowing methods, and grass layers with appropriate heights should be retained. In the early summer, the tea trees were covered with grass and drought and were about 10 cm thick. For low-lying plots, drainage ditches should be set up to prevent water accumulation in the tea gardens. In the high temperature and dry season, no raining or nodding of the young leaves at the noon for 7 to 10 days in a timely manner. Herbicide weeding selection of gadolinium 250-300 times liquid (each pot of water plus liquid 30-50 ml, that is, 1 to 2 caps), spray nozzle configuration guard to prevent the liquid sprayed on the tea (miao).

2. Fertilization technology. Early application of precipitating fertilizer, summer tea precipitating fertilizer is generally fast-acting nitrogen-based fertilizer to promote the vegetative growth of tea, the new shoots germinate neatly. It is usually done as early as possible after the end of spring tea (from late April to mid-May). The main use of fast-acting chemical nitrogen fertilizers is nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium ratios of 2:1:1, depending on the age of trees and the yield of fresh tea leaves, accounting for about 30% of the whole year. Fertilizer amount (calculated according to 50 kg of dried wool tea per mu), 30 kg of ammonium bicarbonate or 15 kg of urea or 15 kg of potassium sulfate ternary fertilizer + 5 kg of urea. When 25% of the tea buds are unfolded with one bud and one leaf, spray 0.5% urea or 0.5% to 1.0% of superphosphate or 1000 times of plant power (the last time the foliar fertilizer must be taken within 15 days before picking). Fertilization method can be applied in the vertical position of the tea tree canopy drip line, ditch applied or hole application, ditch depth of 8 to 10 cm, hole spacing 30 cm, after application cover soil.

3. Summer tea spray fertilizer technology. Summer temperatures are high, often encounter drought, tea tree roots are limited by water conditions, weak absorption capacity, poor root fertigation effect. Foliar spray fertilizer can increase the yield of tea, enhance the tenderness of sprouts, and improve the quality of summer tea. Tests have shown that spraying leaves of tea leaves can increase tea production by about 10%.
