First, we must pay attention to personnel training. If the current pharmaceutical equipment competition is still in the wrong area of ​​price competition, then the future must be a competition for talent. Therefore, if we want to raise the level of the entire industry, we must strengthen the pharmaceutical equipment discipline construction and personnel training. Second, we need to improve sound industry norms. At present, China has set standards for many pharmaceutical equipment, and avoids the emergence of pharmaceutical equipment that does not meet the standards and norms from the source. This, to a certain extent, provides guarantees for the gmp implementation of the pharmaceutical industry and the safe production of pharmaceuticals. These have become the second key to improving domestic pharmaceutical equipment. Third, strengthen the association between universities and enterprises. Strengthen the R&D capability of the enterprise, create a joint training mechanism for universities and enterprises, and generally improve the industry level.

At present, compared with foreign suppliers, China's pharmaceutical equipment companies still have three major disadvantages.

The first is the technical disadvantage. The technological content of pharmaceutical machinery and equipment in China is lower than that of Europe and the United States. It is lower than foreign products in terms of production speed, output, accuracy, and stability of equipment operation, especially in terms of preparation machinery and packaging machinery. There is still a big gap from abroad. .

The second is the disadvantage of service. At present, only a small number of enterprises in China can provide complete production lines from preparation equipment to end packaging equipment, and from the perspective of pharmaceutical design, new drug development, certification consulting services, technical training provided by European and American manufacturers, and supporting services for providing a full set of solid-liquid powder preparation equipment. China still has a big gap.

The third is the disadvantage of enterprise management. The domestic pharmaceutical equipment companies are generally small in size and their production forces are scattered. Due to various reasons such as capital investment and enterprise system, most manufacturers have insufficient experience in marketing management.

Analysts from China Research Institute's medical device research report pointed out that after years of painstaking development, domestic pharmaceutical packaging machinery has grown from scratch and has grown from small to large.
