Water, tea set preparation
Tea is in the product, so the tea also represents a higher spiritual level.
The whole process of accustomed wear is the art of how to soak a pot of tea and how to enjoy a cup of tea.
To express the above special needle, you must choose good water before brewing, because “water is the mother of tea and the device is the father of teaâ€. Therefore, good tea must be prepared with good water. Pure water is usually used to provide affordable, high-quality drinking water.
For the preparation of the tea set, it is recommended to use a (porcelain) bowl. The glassware is inferior in expressing the taste of the tea soup, but it is more suitable for enjoying the beautiful appearance of the tea.
Soup cup
Before the brewing, the tea set should be washed hot, then filled with water in the bowl, and stay for about 30 seconds for the hot cup.
Tea tea ratio
Pour the water into a fair cup.
Tea ratio: more water, less tea, less taste; more water and less tea, tea bitter and unhappy. A cup with a 150ml cup corresponds to 3g of tea leaves.
Immediately put 3g of prepared tea into a cup with a capacity of about 150ml, cover it, and shake it gently to shake the tea.
Tea smells dry
Open the lid and smell the aroma of dry tea. This process shows the aroma of tea.
Water injection
Water temperature: The water temperature of the brewing tea is high, and the tea juice is easily leached; the water temperature is low, and the tea juice leaches out slowly; therefore, it is said that the “ice water tea is gradually richâ€. The boiling water is usually at 95 °C, similar to the general brewing water temperature of 80-85 °C.
Brewing time: due to the high temperature of the brewing water, generally the first bubble for 30 seconds; the second bubble for 60 seconds; the third bubble for 2 minutes is appropriate.
Brewing times: brewing three times is appropriate, the fourth bubble pale and odorless, almost boiled water.
Soup, watch color
When the brewing time is up, the soup is immediately taken out and poured into the cup through the funnel.
Hold your cup with your hands and watch the color of the tea soup.
High-grade green tea soup light green or yellow-green; clear but not turbid, bright and clear.
It takes too long to observe the color of the soup and it turns yellow due to oxidation.
The delicate green tea with fine green tea has green, green and green color.
Tea cup, tea
Look at the soup, that is, divide the cup of tea and give it to the guests.

40-50°C is the best taste for tea, and about 5ml of tea is suitable for each product. The main product is its shade, strength and weakness, refreshing, fresh stagnation, pure and so on.
