Paperless recorder use precautions

At present, with the acceleration of the process of industrial control automation, especially for the industry, paperless recorders have become an indispensable tool to reflect the storage, production, transportation and other processes at any time according to the changes recorded by the paperless recorder. The temperature and humidity changes, and through professional PC analysis software, help enterprises to carry out more scientific and effective management, analysis and induction, greatly improving the work process and efficiency.

The paperless recorder records the collected data/computed data in the storage system inside the instrument on a time-based basis. It does not consume any common recording facilities, has paperless recording, good real-time performance, high precision, and communication. Search features, intelligent features. Notes on the use of paperless recorders :

1. To avoid electric shock, the paperless recorder must be grounded before turning on the paperless recorder.

2. Before the paperless recorder is powered on, it must be acknowledged whether the power supply of the external power supply is in common with the voltage supplied by the power supply.

3. Do not block the grounding maintenance inside or outside the recorder during operation, otherwise the external maintenance action will be invalid, and the user is in a risk situation.

4. Do not operate paperless recorders in the presence of flammable gases, explosive gases or steam. Paperless recorders are risky in using this appearance in such an environment.

5. It is not a professional repairman of the paperless recorder. Do not open the front panel of the recorder. Some parts of the exterior are high voltage.

6. Please connect the external surface to the measuring target or the external control circuit after the grounding maintenance is performed.

7. Please strictly follow the instructions of the paperless recorder, and the paperless recorder will not damage the appearance.

8. There are many plastic parts in the paperless recorder. When cleaning, use a soft cloth to scrub. Do not use benzene, banana water, etc. to avoid discoloration or deformation.

9. Do not allow live parts to be close to the signal terminals of the paperless recorder, which can cause problems.

10. Do not let the paperless recorder be subjected to external impact.

11. In the course of application, if you admit that the recorder has smoke, smells, announces abnormal sounds, etc., please plug the power immediately and contact the factory after-sales service.
